Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to operate The Body Rebuild Protocol and provide you with the features of the app.

When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password (or authentication identifier if you sign in with a third-party provider).

Payment card details are not stored by the app. Stripe handles payment processing. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded along with a Stripe customer reference.

The app may collect optional fitness-related information you choose to enter, such as:

• Workout completion
• Daily and weekly check-ins
• Energy and difficulty ratings
• Body measurements
• Notes
• Progress data

If you choose to log measurements (weight, waist, chest, hips, arms, thighs, height), these are stored in your account and used only to display your progress to you.

The app does not currently collect progress photos. If we add this feature later, photos will be stored privately to your account and this policy will be updated.

We may collect basic technical and usage data (such as which features are used, device type, and error logs) to maintain and improve the app.

We use information to provide the app, deliver your purchased access, show your progress back to you, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Information is stored using industry-standard infrastructure with encryption in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate the app. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function.

Stripe processes all payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

The app uses Supabase for authentication and database hosting. Account and progress data are stored within the Supabase environment.

We may send account-related emails (such as confirmation, password reset, or important service notices). You can contact us to opt out of non-essential messages.

We retain your account information and progress data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account by emailing us.

You can update your account information, request a copy of your data, or request deletion by contacting support.

The app is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
