By accessing or using The Body Rebuild Protocol ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The app is operated by Raines Publishing LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

The Body Rebuild Protocol is a 90-day at-home guided fitness app for adult men. It provides structured bodyweight workouts, timers, daily and weekly check-ins, body measurement tracking, a Nutrition Foundation, and a Reset Protocol that helps users return when their rhythm is interrupted.

You must be at least 18 years old and physically able to perform exercise to use the app. You are responsible for confirming you are healthy enough to participate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Payments are processed by Stripe or our checkout provider. By purchasing Founding Member Access, you authorize a charge in the amount displayed at checkout. We do not store your payment card details.

Founding Member Access includes 12 months of access to the core 90-Day Body Rebuild Protocol app. After the first year, continued access may require renewal or a paid membership plan. Future premium coaching, community, AI, advanced programs, or add-on services may be offered separately.

Results vary based on consistency, starting point, nutrition, recovery, health status, and other individual factors. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

You are responsible for exercising safely. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or dietary restriction. See our Fitness Disclaimer for more detail.

You retain ownership of information you enter into the app, including measurements, check-ins, and notes. By using the app you grant us a limited license to store and process this information solely to provide and improve the service.

You agree not to reverse engineer the app, resell or redistribute its content, share your account with others, use the app to harass anyone, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

All content in the app — including the protocol design, workouts, guidance copy, branding, and software — is owned by Raines Publishing LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may update the app, its features, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raines Publishing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injury related to exercise activity. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
